Special order books
Many of CMAA’s books are printed and shipped from our print-on-demand partners Amazon and Lulu. Their web sites will be able to calculate the shipping costs directly.
In regard to Amazon orders: if you’re outside the US, Amazon’s US web site will often recommend using the site for your country. This usually gives you faster and more economical shipping.
